Whole-leaf Original Kimchi (오리지널 포기김치) has a slow fermentation which allows it to be enjoyed over a long time. Original Kimchi is made with napa cabbage following our authentic recipe entirely without MSG, preservatives or artificial flavourings. This Kimchi is unpasteurised to deliver alive food full of probiotics.

At the early stages of life, original Kimchi is crisp, spicy and salty. During continued fermentation, saltiness will reduce and sweet umami flavours become enhanced! 


Ingredients:

Salted napa cabbage, water, salted white radish, spring onion, pear, garlic, red chilli powder, FISH sauce, onion, rice syrup, red chilli, ginger, sea salt, glutinous rice powder, carrot, goji berries, shiitake mushroom, kombu seaweed.

Kimchi is a live product that will become naturally acidic and abundant in beneficial bacteria with ongoing fermentation.
